ShellCTF

ShellCTF is a nationwide online Capture-The-Flag (CTF) cybersecurity competition organized as part of Reflexons Tech Fest by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Calcutta. Registration fee per individual is Rs. 50/- failure to which will lead to disqualification after the event ends. Payment should be made through UPI at shaswata.ssaha@oksbi and the Team Name and the name of the members must be mentioned at the time of payment. The event is designed to challenge and enhance participants’ practical skills through real-world cybersecurity scenarios. Competing in teams, participants will solve a diverse set of challenges across multiple domains including Cryptography, OSINT & Reverse Engineering. ShellCTF follows a Jeopardy-style format with a live leaderboard and strictly enforced fair-play rules. Any attempt to attack the competition infrastructure, brute-force accounts, share flags, or collaborate across teams is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. This competition aims to promote ethical hacking, hands-on learning, and a strong cybersecurity culture among students and aspiring professionals across India.
